Policy

Brand Coach LLC will notify Amazon of organizational changes affecting its Amazon solution provider registration or its ability to provide registered services within 30 calendar days of the change taking effect. Any shorter applicable Amazon deadline must also be met.

Changes covered

The business owner will review changes to the company's legal name, registered address, ownership, organizational structure, business affiliations, primary contact, account administrator, or registered services and update the information provided to Amazon as applicable. Contractor changes will be reviewed where they affect disclosures made to Amazon or authorized access to Amazon information.

Responsibility and procedure

  1. The business owner records the change, its effective date, the affected Amazon registration information, and the notification deadline.
  2. The authorized Solution Provider Portal administrator updates the relevant registration fields within 30 calendar days of the change. If an update cannot be completed in the portal, the administrator contacts Amazon through the applicable support channel within that deadline and follows up until resolved.
  3. The business owner retains evidence of the notification, such as the submission date, confirmation, screenshot, or support case number, with the company's business records.
  4. Personnel who become aware of a covered change promptly inform the business owner so the deadline can be met.

Review

The business owner reviews this policy annually and when Amazon's applicable requirements change.

This policy addresses organizational change notifications. Security incidents are subject to separate incident reporting procedures and deadlines.
